The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to striking therefrom the mandate that the director of the Department of Natural Resources to promulgate an emergency rule pursuant to §15-3-29(a) providing for the use of electric motors on the waters of the Miletree Lake in Roane County, and inserting therein a mandate that the director promulgate emergency legislative rules pursuant to §29A-3-1 et seq. of the Code providing for the operation of motorboats with motors 10 horsepower or less, in observance of no wake zones; and for operation of motorboats with motors greater than 10 horsepower, only in a manner where no wake is created in the Upper Mud River Lake.
